Deposits must come from payment methods in your own name. Funds added to your wallet are for play on the platform. Bonus funds are separate from cash funds and carry their own wagering conditions — read the specific promotion’s terms before attempting to withdraw bonus money, as un-wagered bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Promotions are optional extras, not entitlements, and can be changed or withdrawn.
A market entry is confirmed when the platform accepts it, at the odds shown at confirmation. After that it stands — sports section entries can’t be cancelled or refunded because a match turned against you. Play fair or lose the account. Prohibited conduct includes using automated tools or bots, exploiting obvious platform errors or mispriced markets you know are wrong, colluding or chip-dumping at casino tables, any involvement in match-fixing, and running multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Accounts found doing any of this can be suspended, and balances obtained through breaches can be withheld. If you spot a platform error, reporting it is the smart move — exploiting it isn’t.
Withdrawals are paid toward the source the funds came from, and the account name must match the identity on the Skyexch account — this is the checkpoint where false signup details get caught, every time. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are released, particularly the first one. Processing times depend on the payment method. If a transaction stalls beyond the normal window for that method, contact support with the transaction reference rather than repeating the request.
You may close your own account at any time through support; legitimate cash balances are then withdrawn under the normal rules. Skyexch may suspend or close accounts that break these terms — underage registration, false details, fraud, promotion abuse or prohibited play. Dormant accounts may be reviewed under the platform’s inactivity policy.
