Skyexch Terms and Conditions

Most terms pages are organised like a legal document. This one is organised like a player journey — find the stage you’re at, and read the rules that apply to it.

Joining Skyexch

You must be 18 or older to register, with no exceptions. You register as yourself, with real and accurate details: name, mobile number, email address and date of birth. One person holds one Skyexch account — duplicate accounts are a terms breach and can be closed. You are responsible for confirming that online gaming is permitted where you live; local laws differ, and playing from a restricted location is your risk. Your login credentials are yours alone: everything done under your Skyexch ID is treated as done by you.

Funding Your Wallet

Deposits must come from payment methods in your own name. Funds added to your wallet are for play on the platform. Bonus funds are separate from cash funds and carry their own wagering conditions — read the specific promotion’s terms before attempting to withdraw bonus money, as un-wagered bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Promotions are optional extras, not entitlements, and can be changed or withdrawn.

Playing on Skyexch

A market entry is confirmed when the platform accepts it, at the odds shown at confirmation. After that it stands — sports section entries can’t be cancelled or refunded because a match turned against you. On the exchange, a matched back or lay position is equally final; you manage it by trading, not by asking for a reversal. Events that are cancelled or abandoned follow the market rules for that sport: unsettled entries are generally voided and stakes returned. Odds containing an obvious, genuine error — a palpable error — may be voided whether or not the entry has settled. Settlement disputes are decided from the platform’s records and the official event result.

Fair Play

Play fair or lose the account. Prohibited conduct includes using automated tools or bots, exploiting obvious platform errors or mispriced markets you know are wrong, colluding or chip-dumping at casino tables, any involvement in match-fixing, and running multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Accounts found doing any of this can be suspended, and balances obtained through breaches can be withheld. If you spot a platform error, reporting it is the smart move — exploiting it isn’t.

Withdrawing Winnings

Withdrawals are paid toward the source the funds came from, and the account name must match the identity on the Skyexch account — this is the checkpoint where false signup details get caught, every time. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are released, particularly the first one. Processing times depend on the payment method. If a transaction stalls beyond the normal window for that method, contact support with the transaction reference rather than repeating the request.

Leaving Skyexch

You may close your own account at any time through support; legitimate cash balances are then withdrawn under the normal rules. Skyexch may suspend or close accounts that break these terms — underage registration, false details, fraud, promotion abuse or prohibited play. Dormant accounts may be reviewed under the platform’s inactivity policy.

Changes to These Terms

The platform evolves and so do its rules. Updated terms are posted on this page and apply from posting; continuing to play means you accept the current version. This page is the authoritative text of the agreement at any given moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I accept these terms by registering?
Yes. Creating a Skyexch account is acceptance of these terms. Reading them first is the smarter order.

Can I have two Skyexch accounts?
No. One account per person. Duplicates get flagged.

Can I cancel a market entry after confirming it?
No. Confirmed entries stand. On the exchange you can trade out of a position, but a sports section entry can’t be undone.

Why is my withdrawal held?
Usually identity verification or a suspected terms breach. Legitimate withdrawals to the verified account holder are paid.

What happens if a match is cancelled?
Unsettled entries on cancelled or abandoned events are generally voided with stakes returned, subject to the specific market rules.

Can I close my own account?
Yes, any time through support. Legitimate balances are returned under the normal withdrawal rules.
